Alsea Revolutionizes its Reconciliation Process with AWS Technology and XalDigital's Expertise

Alsea, in collaboration with XalDigital, undertook an ambitious work plan divided into 6 sprints, with the objective of automating the reconciliation process. This strategic plan allowed for a meticulous and organized approach, which helped the implementation of a robust solution.

The first sprint focused on thoroughly understanding Alsea’s specific data sources and business rules. Intensive sessions with IT staff and end users allowed us to precisely define the connection methods, extraction periods and operations required for the dashboards. This initial analysis was fundamental to establish a solid foundation for the project.

Subsequent sprints were dedicated to building the technological foundations of the solution: from the creation of code repositories with CI/CD pipelines to the implementation of a web portal for catalog uploading. The engineering behind the data ingestion mechanism and reconciliation logic was gradually developed and refined, ensuring a smooth transition to automation.
